Deliverables:

Review ZTVA methodology and revise if required

Establish community stakeholder forums in 2 selected villages and enter into MOA ·        

Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) appointed by each stakeholder forum to map the community and develop time line for each village.

Empower through workshops and dialogues, 50% of community members, 70% of which will be females on TVEP thematic areas

Arrange an Award Ceremony, badges, roll of honour, and “Zero Tolerance Village Alliance” signage with media & dignitaries present
