Deliverables:

Access to rights based advice and TVEP support services in 14 rural and 1 urban community ·        

Promote uptake and appropriate use of social security

Hold government service providers accountable to their delivery mandates

Monitor and act upon  incidents of abuse and malpractice

Promote understanding of and access to the PMTCT programme

Promote access to and sustained usage of female condoms

Monitor and appropriately refer victims of sexual, domestic and child violence, and OVC        

Encourage and support SGBV disclosure by clinic-referred clients

Mitigation of HIV and AIDS related stigma

Community dialogues and workshops on TVEP four thematic areas
