Fiona Nicholson is the founder and current Programme Director of The Thohoyandou Victim Empowerment Programme and sits on the Board of The Thohoyandou Victim Empowerment Trust. She has a long history in business and advocacy.
In addition she holds an Advanced Tourism Studies Diploma, is a board member of Vhutshilo Mountain School and previously sat on the Board of the Standards Generating Body for Victim Empowerment.

Trustee - Vhulahani Patrick Tshivase
A teacher by proffesion, Vhulahani is a secretary of The South African National Civic Organisation (SANCO) in Lunungwi Village, a secretary of Council Secretary of Ward 32, Chairperson of Takalani Home Based Care Board and the Coordinator of Lunungwi

He currently holds a Further Diploma in Environmental
Education, a Diploma in Computer Studies,BED Hons in Environmental Education
and is currently registered for a Master Degree in
Environmental Education.
Trustee -Magistrate Makema Mapule Lebese.
Currently a Magistrate at the local Family Court Section in Thohoyandou,with a specific focus on Maintanance,
Domestic Violence, Foster Care, Adoption and Sexual Assault. Magistrate Lebese is a valuable resource for the organisation, holding an LLB Degree from University of Venda.
She was appointed by
the Lebowa Police Commisioner as a Legal Administration Officer in 1992, she was then promoted to the position of Public Prosecutor. Magistrate Lebese is trained in Sexual Offences for
Prosecutors (Family Law, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence).
Trustee - Dean A E Randitsheni
Holding an honours degree in Theology from the University Of Venda , Dean Randitsheni of the Lutheran Church studied at the University of Switzerland and the Kwa Zulu Natal Northern Umphomolo Seminary before becoming the Chairperson of the Faith Based Organisations AIDS Partnership (FOHAP) within the Department of Education.
Dean Randitsheni is also the Chairperson of the Vhembe Branch of the South African Council Of Churches.
